InterPrep - Tuesday, April 26, 1994

Reba McEntire's new album, Read My Mind, is out today. Her new book, "My Story," came out last week. She'll be on "Donahue" and "Larry King Live" Wednesday.

Tom and Roseanne Arnold will NOT be getting a divorce. [Roseanne says she's sticking with Tom 'cause she's run out of room for more love tattoos.]

David Robinson scored 71 points in a Sunday-night game. [Only Madonna has scored more in one night.]

Saturday, April 30th, will be the last day to buy "Aladdin." After April 30th Walt Disney Company yanks it from shelves for five to 7 years. They figure that's how often a new generation of fans comes around.

Speaking of Disney... Walt Disney Company, which will hire 2,700 people for its planned theme park in Northern Virginia, recently outlined its personnel policies: lots of smiles, only one ring on each hand, no facial hair, no "visible tattoos." [Also, no one named Beavis or Butthead will be hired.]

The nation's 37th president, Richard Nixon, will be buried Wednesday next to his wife, Pat, in Yorba Linda, California.

Three--possibly four--planets have been discovered beyond our own solar system in orbit around a star 15-hundred light-years from Earth. But because planets orbit around a star that gives off X-rays and gamma radiation, there is little chance they can sustain life. [Although scientists report they now know where our lost luggage went.]

President Clinton has a new limo. A black, 22-foot-6-inch-long Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham has joined the White House fleet. Inside: a telephone, a public address system, and a stereo. Plus lots of bullet-proof armor. It seats six [and has been certified to fit through a McDonald's drive through].

Top 5 Box Office Movies: 1- Bad Girls 2-Four Weddings and a Funeral 3-The Inkwell 4-The Paper 5-(tie) Cops & Robbersons and D2: The Mighty Ducks.

Thursday, "The Simpsons" marks their 100th episode tonight, followed by a replay of the series' debut episode.

Oh yeah, where does the president keep his armies? In his sleevies!
