User’s Guide (Long and boring, but helpful.)

• After login use the links on the left to open current and recent issues of your service, either InterPrep PRO or InterPrep COUNTRY.

• There is a print button at the top of each issue. You can adjust the font size up or down.

• Prep is posted by 8 p.m. Central Sunday-Thursday. Except when it’s not. If we’re uploading an issue late we’ll notify you on the main page you see after logging in.

• To update your email, billing info, etc. click ‘Account’ at the top of the page.

• To change your password click ‘Account’ at the top of the page.

• To see your expiration date click ‘Account’ > ‘Subscriptions’.

• If you’re paying by credit card or PayPal you have total control over your auto-renew process. Simply click Account and Subscriptions to manage your payment method.

• If you’re paying with a check we email an invoice about 3 weeks before your account expires. Note: Our member management system is automated. If your check doesn’t arrive it will lock you out. It’s mean, but we’re nice so if you email to say “a check’s in the mail” we’re happy to add time onto your expiration date.

• Join our private Facebook group, InterPrep PROshare. Click here and and then click ‘Ask to Join Group’: http://bit.ly/PROshare.

• In case of website issues we update subscribers in our private Facebook group, and, when possible, by email.

• Do not post InterPrep content to your website or blog. Exceptions are videos and images (if approved by your company). This is outlined in our Terms of Service. If you have questions about what you can post or email let me know.

• Do not share your account login info. Your subscription is for your single broadcast station.
