How do I pay for the service? We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If your station would prefer to pay by check, we can accommodate that. Contact us here.

Will my subscription renew automatically? It will. Your credit card (or PayPal) will be charged monthly or yearly on the day you subscribe.

Can I use the prep on more than one station? If an individual radio pro subscribes, they can use the prep on their primary station and up to two other stations in their building. If the station subscribes for its air staff, the prep can only be used on that station.

How do I get the daily show prep? To get to your show prep, you will log in with the username (or email) and password you created when you subscribed.

What if I want to cancel or change my subscription? You have complete control using the Account page.
