How do I pay for the service? We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If your station would prefer to pay with check we can accommodate. Contact us here.

Will my subscription renew automatically? Unless you cancel, your credit card (or PayPal) will be charged on the day of the month you subscribed.

Is bartering for commercials an option? For AM and FM stations in the U.S. there is a barter option. To request a barter subscription click here.

How to I get the daily show prep? To get to your show prep you will log in with the username (or email) and password you created when you subscribe.

What if I want to cancel or change my subscription? You have complete control using the Account page.

What’s your refund policy? If you’re not happy we’ll provide you with a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
