Users Guide
• InterPrep is an auto-renew service. Your card will be bill automatically on the same day each month. To update your card info. To update your credit card you will first log in, then go to the Subscriber Menu (top-right ↗️) and click Account > Subscriptions > Update.
• To get to your show prep you must log in here at interprep.com and then find your subscription links on the left side of the page.
• Your login username is likely your email address — the one you used when you subscribed.
• To print 🖨️ your prep on Windows use Ctrl-P. On a Mac use ⌘-P.
• To update your email, billing info, etc. you will first log in, then go to the Subscriber Menu (top-right ↗️) and click Account.
• To update your credit card you will first log in, then go to the Subscriber Menu (top-right ↗️) and click Account > Subscriptions > Update.
• To cancel, pause or change your subscription you will first log in, then go to the Subscriber Menu (top-right ↗️) and click Account.
• To see your expiration date click Account in the Subscriber Menu (top-right ↗️).
• It’s important to keep your account info up-to-date. You can do this in the Account section of the Subscriber Menu (top-right).
• You also have access to our private message board (here) and our private Facebook Group (here).
PREP UPDATE TIMES
• InterPrep PRO is updated Sunday-Thursday by 9PM Central Time.
• InterPrep BASIC is updated Sunday-Thursday by Noon Central Time.
• Country News is updated Sunday-Thursday by 9PM Central Time.
THE DO-NOTs
• Do not post InterPrep content to your website or blog. Exceptions are videos and images (if approved by your company). This is outlined in our Terms of Service. If you have questions about what you can post please email.
• Do not share InterPrep content with other show prep services.
• Do not share your account login info. Your subscription is for your single broadcast station.
